  1. I'm sorry, but that did make me laugh.... ".....a bit of stray Nigel sweat landed on my arm...."
  2. My advice would be read something properly before signing.....
  3. Yeah, everyone in Essex has a Range Rover, a chihuahua and a vajazzle
  4. I'm surprised that hasn't been written into the CRA15 to be fair......
  5. Can't he be buried in the car? Win, win?
  6. I don't do hard work, that's why I flip cars for a living! Well, not on Tuesdays. Roll on next Tuesday, I'm going to get up leisurely, watch an episode of Homes under the Hammer on catch up, put on my best 3 piece pin stripe suit, stroll down to my expensive barbers, for an expensive hair cut, where they use expensive products, stroll into town, get my self a skinny latte, (fairtrade obvs), then mooch on into my local property auctions and by some houses...... Can't wait.
  7. It's dead easy as well apparently. You just need some capital and you can make millions, you don't even have to touch as much as a paint brush!! Who knew?!
  8. Can it be done on Tuesdays??
  9. It's times like this I really wish the like button was working!! Tell me OP, how can I make millions in the property game, without getting my hands dirty....?
  10. Come on, don't be so negative, we all know flipping cars is dead easy!! In fact, I might even do a bit of property developing on the side in between selling cars..... Only on Tuesdays though, I'm always quiet on Tuesdays....
  11. If it's VAT qualifying it will the bid plus VAT, some commercials are Margin, so normal fees on top of bid.
  12. Ha, that did cross my mind, or make out I've got a parcel for him, and need him to confirm his address....
  13. I'd message him back, and say, if he's only got £500, he's looking at the wrong car!!!
  14. Yeah thanks, I tried google, nothing. But will try facebook, cheers.
  15. I would happily pay £30 for a solicitors letter in an attempt to get it removed, but I don't have his surname or address, only his first name and mobile number....
  16. I just need a cheap runaround for a few weeks. I'll give you £995 if you promise to buy it back off me for £950 in 6-8 weeks time.
  17. I completely agree mate. Someone doesn't even have to pick up the phone, or step on your pitch, if they've got a valid email address they can say what they like about your business!! This was their response: Hello, Thanks for getting in touch. We have looked at this review and have found that it does not breach our moderation rules, nor has it been flagged as suspicious and therefore it will remain on our site. We understand it can be disappointing to receive a negative review however, it’s so important to reply to them - the most important bit. The reply feature is your opportunity to show your professionalism, highlight any misunderstanding or false accusation and to put things right with the customer. Almost every negative review can be resolved with a professional reply, therefore we will not remove a negative review just because it is negative or factually incorrect. Negative reviews aren’t the end of the world; they actually help build trust and credibility – 68% of consumers trust reviews more when they see a mixture of good and bad scores and are specifically looking to see how retailers react to bad reviews*. (* Source: Reevoo) Tips and best practice advice on how to reply professionally can be found here: https://trade.autotrader.co.uk/articles/dealer-reviews/dealer-reviews-best-practice-tips/ It’s important to know that your reply will also be emailed to the reviewer, so it can be used to reach out to them for more information if required. Kind regards, Dealer Reviews Team The bit that got me was where they say, "we will not remove a negative review just because it is negative or factually incorrect" Bit like saying, even if someone makes up a load of old boll*cks, we won't do anything about it!!! WTF?!
  18. No, they wouldn't remove it. Instead I had to bite my tounge and put a 'professional' reply on. I'm now encouraging my 'normal' customers to leave genuine feedback / reviews.
  19. I've just taken a gravy train in part chop, I'm sure that will be right up her street....
  20. All sorted, I should have read the clues on the BCA page about google chrome.......
