  1. A lot of the time the buyers remorse goes up on a sliding scale with interest rate. The more they are paying the more it kicks in. 99% of Sub prime punters never take responsibility for anything its why they are sub prime in the first place. Finance company have to ask you to respond. Its their job, duty and process. I think an articulate and well worded reply avoiding the use of the phrase fault or repair ( or else they will hang onto it that you have had your chance etc etc) anywhere will be more than sufficient to have them off your back.
  2. TG in the time to focus on this or look into this *** Could ***you have done something more useful towards your own business that you can actually influence directly, make a difference on and make money from? I suspect yes. Keep it on the right track, particularly with the business separation you can get your momentum going November / December hit 2020 running. For what its worth salvage stuff takes ages to get sorted most of the time its great as a sideline or project for a painter but as a scaleable business its not quite the right thing. You like the gym / healthy lifestyle iirc and for that to work its important to eat the right stuff little and often - apply some of these principles to business by making profit little and often ( or big) and its lets the odd cheat day ( loss / fuck up etc) gobuy without a blip. Too many cheat days and we know what happens.
  3. Why would you possibly not want call whisper? Knowing where customers have seen your car, which sites performing for you best and knowing where the calls are coming from is great. They just change your normal number to a geographical one anyway so area codes the same etc. Ultimately come April 2020 you will have to pay an extra £100 per week for your phone number to be displayed on your adverts anyway won't you ( remember I said this when it happens right). Far more positives than negatives with this situation.
  4. Amazon will 100% make this work with new cars. Its the right time for it. The technology is right for it and the market is ready. The public have been accepting brand new cars via delivery for a long time with lease deals. Thats a big chunk of the market who will buy unseen. VR headset, VR test drive VR walkround its all much, much closer to becoming accepted than it was in 2011. A lot of right ideas but at the wrong time don't work. Used cars will be harder to implement but given the fact my tiny business is already taking deposits on click engage, payment by bank transfer and then delivering the car far and wide there is no reason Amazon won't be able to bring it on board. Good retailers offering strong service, back up and selling nicely well prepped cars have some real good opportunity for this sort of thing, but I do wonder if anyone thinks AT are bad how much worse Amazon will be.
  5. Heard you were here and Challenging you for number 1 spot Joking, just robotic spam bit weird and don’t know what purpose it serves
  6. Thanks Trade vet glad to see you using the respect my name and reputation command don’t slip up again. I’m not someone to be messing with P.S self nominated and made the shortlist 2019
  7. If someone did that without consent they would have been ejected from the premises. Cheeky twats.
  8. @Andy Entwistle @James Baggott Help this man out. He should also have his own column in the magazine, only man to get a customer to pay him £200 to take the part exchange on a Saturday have his son fix it overnight and sell it on a Sunday for £1995

I see the target autotrader prices and use them as a starting point see how much more we can get.
  10. Mercedes are very hard to code read without star Andy. Find someone with it, or a knock off version,
  11. Can't convert 'their' customer to your own finance but they wont think twice to convert 'your' customer to another dealers car so long as they get the deal.Facts.
  12. There is not one of these brokers 24/7 / Zuto That have offered a better rate ( off the bat) or a better service than we have dealing directly. I make a point of making it sound tedious and drawn out to anyone who wants to use their own broker, and a piece of cake and a breeze to go with us. The truth of the matter is that's how I find it and its easier for me instead of dealing with incompetent people at the brokers.
  13. The average cost per sale for me from the platform has recently, over the last 3 months made them my most expensive advertising platform. Really swung around and not as good as it once was. Good company, I like them but currently not performing as well.
  14. Not once has anyone ever mentioned how long a cars been in stock with us from cargurus. Or Autotrader.
  15. Plus the time, our nearest branch is 15 mins without traffic, aways a queue, never get parked ends up taking 45 mins just to nip to the bank to get charged for the privilege
  16. Do banks not make profit from interest? Of all the pay day lenders out there charging knee cap rates and they choose to focus on car finance. A lot of youngsters take out pay day loans and as soon as they are spotted on a credit app you get blackballed anyway.
  17. Taking card is useful for deposits or payment in full on the day. If someone leaves a deposit and comes back transfer in advance should never pose an issue. Costs are negligible over a month.
  18. RMS do same day and next day payments. Worth a shout. If someone is in the office and wants to pay and take the car away quite happy to take the lot on a debit card, saves waiting around for transfers.
  19. Got any good criminal stories from back in your police days? What area of the police were you in?
  20. Completely get it for something with spec or rare or desirable. Had someone travel to buy a focus diesel Zetec S that was priced averagely and they came from Bournemouth to Cheshire. There was plenty more between us and them, cheaper and the same money to.
  21. £100 non refundable and I’ll do one for you
  22. Monday is always like that I find everyones got money to burn. Let them spend up then snipe the cars you want on a Thursday and Friday
  23. I don't mind the BCA cars, no issue buying them. For some stuff they offer strong bids, especially with sporty stuff.
