For a start I wouldn't be paying his bills for a mechanic he's got to look at it, he should of brought it back to you to look at , if you do give him his money back charge him a months rental , look how much it would of cost to hire a car and charge him 50% of that and if he's done a few miles charge him for that as well.... don't roll over to easy .

won an auction for a celica on DA, described and looked a nice car and when I got there to collect it was, check header tank and it was full of oil, salesman was with me and he saw it to and apologised, needless to say I left it..... Twos days later it's back on auction no mention of oil in header tank.... did they know it was full of oil ? maybe not.... but they do now , naughty ! i think DA should introduce some sort of feed back system.

These type of customers , should only be allowed to buy brand new cars .... I try and deal with them fairly, but really I want to punch them.

I think this is where eBay is wrong , if you put them on as an auction then it should be same rules as if you took them to auction.

if I was a punter looking for a car as soon as I saw the admin fee bit , I would tut ,mutter robbing b#*^t#rd under my breath and click off your site.

Get in touch with the review site and get them to take it off , we had this a while back , some one bought a car from a site down the road from us , thier customer had problems with it and left us a bad review... Twat

Fella wanted to look at a 7 seater Scenic full history nice car yesterday after hours , arranged all by text messages , so what could of been sorted with a 2 minute phone call took half the day via text, asked if he would be leaving a deposit if he liked it, yes he would he says So I told the Mrs I'd be home late , he turns up ... he needs a 7 or 6 seater cause he's got 4 kids, drives it likes it but says its £600 dearer than a five seater he's seen ..yes five seater thats not a typo ,and it's got no history ! but you wanted a seven seater , where's one of the kids going mate on the roof... Yeh but it's cheaper .... oh lord give me strength !

Nice one Jim, well said. The only way AT will change their ways is when thier profits start to go down , traders need to walk away from them , we left them 3 years ago due to their extortionate prices and are doing ok .

That sounds like the exact same bloke we sold a car to 3 weeks ago, he's been in 4 times since , he brought some pictures in of some of his old cars Friday and bored us to tears for an hour, he pulled up today and I kid you not and this is the first time i have done this , it was a panick reaction , i locked the office door and hid in the toilet until he fooked off.
