Sounds like a week in the life of Frank Spencer.

What traders are buying em and paying over the odds , no ones admitting to it, dealer auction has been the same all month , are they marking em double dear ? or they just having a small profit out of em .

What's going on with prices on there, have traders taken to drugs, can't believe the money cars are making on there, must be marking em up with naff all in em .... I'm sure main dealers run prices up on there some how.

Am I right to say cars that are bought via next gear will show up on Hpi as having finance on them , would you use customers money to pay it off or pay it off once deposit recieved so it's clear of finance before they collect it, I wouldn't want to pay and drive a car from a dealers with finance still owing on it , any one had a problem with this ?

Diesel Update , can spend a bit more and want a sport model , 11 plate onwards ( facelift ) diesel preferred now C200 or 220.

How many miles has he done in it since he bought it ? he might of been to Germany and back 3 times ! the fault obviously wasn't there at point of sale , just don't roll,over, and cause he's sent a recorded delivery letter don't mean he knows his rights it means he can type into Google .

Don't think it's nit picking , just seems strange the way your operating , taxing vehicles puts another owner on them and is costing you money... and sold as seen ..good luck with that .

If a customers has a change of heart you don't have to take car back and refund them, that's up to you as individual... as regards a refund in the first 30 days , the customer has to prove the fault was there at the point of sale , if you mot'd car done a pdi and got em to sign to say there was no faults present on test drive that may well be very hard for them to do.
