  11. Lawgistics recommend 45 p per mile but this is only a starting point (dated 5 years ago) As you have accepted the car back I would assume you have negotiated a fair price for both parties? Get it all in writing and get it all signed off So many if buts here it might still be wise taking legal advice

  15. seen fords $60.000 over list if its needed for work and no alternative then what can you do i wouldnt use anybody in the future who took advantage to that extreme though ok overheads still need to be met but not just by the chosen few the manufacturers should be helping if they cant get stock saying all that there has been a lot of stimulus money over there and a lot of fraud,its interesting reading
  16. I still am getting the odd customer who wants a peach for their daughter and have a £1000 to spend but it must have full history,last time they bought a car off me was 1994 but it was a good one apparently

Tried watching the video even tried skipping bits,he would have failed to make a purchase from me,I once gave a customer a phone number and told them my car wasn't to the standard they aspired but the supplied number well may be able to help them,it was the nearest main ford dealer but I never told them that (pre Internet so they couldn't duck duck)

  20. Agree,adjustment doesn't even seem to be a main failure requisite anymore ,talking i10 I had one of those and the release arm was solid on the gearbox,it was like near impossible pushing clutch pedal down,a dose of eurocarparts cheapest spray oil soon had the arm sorted Alla Barry cade
  21. I like to use cctv to do the groundwork on customers walking on,their body language often tells you if they are buyers or tryers,its not foolproof but just another tool to help weed le out the ask the wife brigade

Selling sporty stuff has always brought anoraks and muppets To be honest it's why I've always steered clear of such carriages Never send customers instructions like that because they will read it that you are arrogant and if there's a problem later you come across as unapproachable Carry on as you are ,every customer is a learning curve
