  3. Unfortunately I’m locked into the Apple “experience” having got iPads. Just upgraded to the iPhone 11, pretty similar to the 8 to be honest. Been with Vodafone since the year dot so always get a good loyalty discount. If you are changing networks always buy online. Sometimes distance selling is a good thing!

  6. I hear the Birmingham inshore lifeboat is recruiting.
  7. Who said that? I’m volunteering for the Norfolk Mountain Rescue Team?
  8. 1. Wear gloves and don’t touch your eyes, mouth or nose with the gloves 2. Do not lick the steering wheel or gear knob. That should sort it!
  9. Selling cars. Going down the pub.
  10. I think washing the petrol may be taking things a bit to far!
  11. I’m sure TradeVet will give a full analysis, as that is his thing, but to me it looks a very healthy company.
  12. Wouldn’t sales of any kind of takeaway be down at the moment. Hardly “essential” is it.
  13. Is he the bloke who brings the sandwiches round?
  14. I guess it depends on whether you want a customer to drive away on the day. I get a Pdi done when they come in. Apart form emissions, I believe, everything is checked that is on an Mot. I then get the Mot done when the car is sold. I prefer doing it this way because brakes can seize, springs can break even while sitting still on a forecourt.
  15. It’s important to note that all they were prosecuted for was offering unroadworthy cars for sale. So make sure that when you advertise or put a price in a car it is legal. Don’t let the Mot run out. According to Trading Standards unprepared stock should be in a separate area. I know it’s unlikely nowadays to get a random visit but you never know.
  16. AD’s method looks even more attractive.
  17. So when lockdown is over who fancies taking a px on a test drive?

  19. If only. Anyway. What good is cash? No one will touch it for fear of infection!! It's all contactless from now on.
  20. Due to being self employed and making over £50,000 I will get nothing. Where is my petition!!!
  21. See. He’s been gone a couple of weeks and I forgot how to spell his name.
  22. Ling. Do you have a shy, timid, non confrontational cousin call Arthur who lives down Exeter way?
