  1. Most Vauxhalls have a button saying "phone" on the radio and a voice symbol on the steering wheel. All they do on most of them is mute the audio.
  2. On a iPad I just tap “Click to choose files” Although you are only allowed to upload 0.1mb, whatever that is!
  3. Right time of year for a 4x4. Its based on Qashqai and X-trail platforms
  4. Not needed as he has already passed it before taking his Auto test
  5. Had a Corsa VXR up at £6999. Would I sell the rear spoiler? Of course I will. It’s £6999 and I’ll throw in the rest of the car. Wtf did they expect me to do with a Corsa without a rear spoiler??
  6. I did 19 last December so wasn't looking forward to this year as I don't think I can do that again However 5 deals done and I was closed Sunday and Tuesday. So who knows.
  7. Not a Playstaion, a watch and a really nice painting.
  8. Put it on for £3000 more than you sold it for.
  9. 5 second search reveals https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lotus-esprit-V8-twin-turbo-showroom-May-px/302980665716?hash=item468b0e1174:g:iRkAAOSw5dhb0zV6:rk:22:pf:0 On the motorhome ad "We are selling for a customer on our brokerage scheme! "
  10. That's a bit low and devious. I like it!
  11. 70% of my Car Finance 247 customers commit to buying a vehicle at a ridiculous Apr without seeing it. The latest based on only 4 photos. Simon sells all his cars by video. They are offering 7 days return. Not sure how this is relevant with the distance selling regs. Just wondering where they will get their stock. Rental or lease companies?
  12. Well done that man! Bet you think it was too cheap now. Maybe you should do one of those " buy a banger for £200 and turn it into a Ferrari in 30 deals"
  13. As Article 50 has been triggered I don't think it's just a case of "Oh sorry we've changed our mind. Can we come back?" According to a friend of mine who works in a goverment department that will be a whole load of new negotiations.
  14. You should see some of his others in the Private section
  15. Took a Prius in with a battery cooling fan fault. Toyota suggested anything between £500-£2000 to fix. They had no idea what the fault was but they had confirmed the fan was working on a bench. So could be an ecu or who knows. Gave £200 for it and smoked it around until 6 months later I got my mechanic to have a look and found a loose plug. £50 fix! Quite happily continued driving it until I lent it to a customer who loved it and offerd me £3000 for it!! Now I had become quite attached to my little cheapie, as you do, so resisted the offer until they suggested £3500. I can't get my head around how much % profit that is on the deal but I don't think anyone will beat it. P.s if any Muggles are reading this and thinking "Bloody car dealers. Making loads of money! Ripping us off" I can tell you about the Vw Passat I have blowing smoke out the back which I will probably end up loosing £3000 on!
  16. Checking the Mot history I see in 2009 it had an advisory on slight smear on front wiper blade Has it been done? I’ll give you £200
  17. Well if they are a Goverment funded body it will be 4 weeks. I wonder how long DVLA will take to get our trade plates done this year? Did anybody get theirs back before the new year last year?
  18. MG ZR. Previously sold it to a lad. He wen't off to Australia travelling so his Dad traded it against a Mini for his wife. Bloody thing sat there a year until the lad came back from his travels looking for a cheap car. Sold it back to him for the same price.
