Fluid leak ?

Took a deposit over the phone on Sunday. Billy had been out looking all day, then looked further afield and watched my video of my 320d M Sport...... I'd shown the cup-holder worked properly in the video....Bang car sold !! Lady had looked at two 3-Series both with broken cup holders, apparantly she likes to drink coffee on the way to work......

Max, yeah...... we know all of the above and we all sell accordingly, you have missed the point of my post. Everyone does business which has been initiated by email and we all embrace, we would be mad not to. I have been a business trading on ebay since 2002, with in excess of 3300 with 100%. Sadly, over the years the quality of the clientele has changed massively. My post is specifically about abuse from a moron, it is not about a lesson in how to answer an email.
