No idea mate I doubt they take stuff back unless its faulty. You get what you pay for with that kind of outfit it's not Harrods. Least with cars you know what the brand is and country of origin

Some people will genuinely come in and just buy a car, others will try to knock loads of money off because they don't really want the car unless it's cheap. I dont deal with the latter.

Most main dealers make good money on their p/xs at auction so would rather sell them there via public auction or online auctions.

Some customers come in look at a car for all of 5 mins no test drive and buy, then you get the time wasters who have nothing else better to do spending ages tearing a car apart and walking away. I usually tell them Haynes motor museum is down the road if you want to just "look at cars".
