Motors does work to be fair for the amount it costs its worth doing. That AT bill is horrendous!

Yeah some dealers do ok with high mileage

I wouldn't be asking this question but fixing my clients high end BMW!

The only thing I would say is a lot of your stock is quite leggy even the high end stuff. I'm only a small dealer but tend to sell low mileage especially high end. Nice profile though.

Yes I find this sometimes hammer goes down really quickly but if I bid it's "any other bids?" "Are you sure" no mate just put the hammer down.

Disagree, a lady for example couple of weeks ago bought a car after seeing it as she drove past whilst visiting family and she live 65 miles away. Same goes for a lot of others, its 50/50. My forecourt is always open for people to view my cars anytime they like. There's too much competition online.

50% of my sales come from walk-ins/drive-bys so yes its a must, I'm on quite a busy road so it works very well. I've seen internet based companies fold up you cant purely rely on the web. imho.

Best to be nice and have happy customers that may come back in the future and have a good reputation. I feel like this sometimes but then I want to have a good name,
