Pretty quiet weekend here just 1 sale but done one this morning. Having the FCA license is helping I have a finance deal in the pipeline and should it come off that would be 5 in my first month so I'd be significantly worse off without it!

Anyone else think if they get a 30 day right to refund on our cars due to faults etc that we should get the same on their part exchanges? Fair is fair .

We've had clutches collapse gearboxs need refurb o2 sensors, rough running cause by leaking oil from sump timing chains knocking from the back and finally a water pump

Totally utterly dead this morning, then 2 sold this afternoon. Had one person ring all weekend and they didn't turn up!! The real customers/buyers just seem to turn up unannounced tbh.

Two here and couple of collections

No sales today (one yesterday) but had 5 collections in last 2 days totalling about 20k so when that hits it's new stock galore!! Also took in a couple of hopefully decent part exchanges. 2007 Suzuki Swift 1.6 Sport 77k gonna go @ £2990 (very clean example too). 2003 Mercedes A Class 1.4 AUTOMATIC with only 50k on the clock, £1690 including 12 month mot. Hopefully get both shifted on by Sunday

Thats the rate for the first 4 months, not sure exactly what it goes up to after that but it wasn't much of an increase, the rep reckons it depends how many enquiries you are getting. I wasn't too worried because I can also cancel after 3 months so if it was a silly price I'd just cancel. I'll let you know when the rep comes out to discuss it.

Leave it, can always re-evaluate if a customer moans, but in reality we deal with used cars and they are not perfect are they?

Just sold a 3k Fabia, through Parkers (motors network) to a student from Sheffield. I've been highly critical of Motors in the past but I'm currently paying £185 a month for 30 cars and it's easily justifying the outlay. It seems to be bringing in 2-3 deals a month minimum.
