Correct David basically it looks like BMW were trying to sell him wheels going by the review response prestige has great reviews apart from the odd few which you always get and your always going to get them cause some people you can't please no matter how hard you try . Ive never known of the garage but see it everyday with family businesses only trying to do its best by customers to be slated .

And they types always blame the car dealer go on and leave bad reviews saying got there they were closed when then had no intention off coming in the first place place I used to work at guy calls up says he's on his way one Sunday closed at 3pm every Sunday but happened to there till 6 that particular day doing paperwork and prep for Monday he leaves a review saying got their 2.50 gates were locked .

This is a car dealer forum also said dealer looks to have good cars and good reviews for customer service maybe best contact him with your concerns .

Its common around these parts as well .

Yes thats the downfall its only tells you last v5 issued and not change off keeper should probably have worded that better my mistake its probably not much use but just thought id stick it on here anyway just in case ..

Ive a cousin like that he changes his cars with no pattern .. sometimes older ones newer ones as i say no pattern .. he recently sold a landrover defender which only would have went up in value .

No just the reg number same way as you check to see if it's taxed scroll down its right at the bottom of the page It's normally one of the first questions I get asked with older stuff how long did the previous owner have it was just something I came across when checking a tax had gone through and thought it might be useful to some when looking at cars to buy And no I prefer brave and like them to have it at least three weeks although on a serious note I remember taking a car in at my old job guy only had it a few weeks got done from drunk driving and handed the v5 in when I't came through the post was a 50k 2 owner FSH escort estate at the time and he let it go to cheap to my old boss so I guess sometimes it can be irrivelent. Every car has its own story

Ive noticed over the last few days the dvla car tax check site has been updated and now gives you the date a vehicle last had a v5 issued change of keeper just thought it might be handy for car checks at auction etc I know hpi does this too still it may come in handy for some .

I also agree with this too i think as bhm says you have to know if someone is serious like the guy who travelled to see David. really you need a happy medium and a life too Family is important to i like to try and spend time with my ageing parents mum is fairly fit and healthy in her seventies but as people get older you never how long for but dad on the other hand in his late 70s has various medical conditions had a couple of heart attacks copd and now diagnosed with Alzheimer's and vascular dementia so ive not been as busy as i used to be through choice to help look after him and keep him at the family home as long as possibly hopefully to see his life out there ..

I agree with this .. fresh mot on all stock pdi and checked and repair but as Noa says must customers are ok if your up front with them .stuff like your pretend car is better. Sold on to others traders as a trade sale or sent to auction
