And funnily enough I've had the same thing happen with stuff id entered into the auction to be told through a mutual friend that it had an oil leak my response was similar go back and tell him that's why a ten year old car was sold in the auction with no warranty in the first place funny thing is it was £500 junker that had a fortune spend on it as i was intending keeping it as had bought it for a garage daily at the time but turned into a money pit and could have probably bought a 3 year old of the same model cheaper the junker that replaced it was a one owner high miler and never missed a beat bought from the same auction house

It really depends on what your buying as tom says grade 1-2 cars with good report normally fine though auctions are always a gamble either way .

Problem is the ones that play the darts game have the mindset there the best mechanic in world infact that's just not the motortrade you get the digger drivers that's the best the lorry drivers that's the best etc you seen them all Id never claim to the best at anything and would prefer praise from others . To know I'm doing something right

It can take up to 5 days but I've seen it at around a week for tax to show and update on dvla online site after taxing retaxing or a number transfer

Had a d reg maestro for about a week before scrapping it got it from my uncle weirdly the odometer stopped at bang on 100000 miles and sat there for about 5 years . He bought it with about 5000 miles and had it about 10 years but changed it for and older car .

Your better to mate don't ask you don't get and to be fair to you we are all a bit guilty of that at times .

What company you with mark mate well broker do you use I never payed attention at the time and not seen the guy in years still in touch with his brother his just remembered the policy wording .. cant believe it's 15 years since i worked there time goes by so gsg as you get older .
