  14. If the scuttle panel drain is allowed to get blocked by leaves and crap then the ECU will end up a furry aluminium mess. Use the correct oil and very little problems occur. The Post Office in the early days used their own treacle oil, which caused lots of problems.

  16. El Dodgo buys a 2nd hand vehicle privately giving a false name and address. The seller send his part to the DVLA. The DVLA then sends out letters to Never Never Land. Because of costs the rozzers have abandoned fitting ANPR cameras to their vehicles. Most crimes like theft of petrol, shop lifting, fraud are now not worth of logging let alone investigating. Net result? Crime Pays!
