Google has the resources and expertise to really compete with AT, They would be a serious player if they did do this -

called citroen to order replacement locking nut recently asking if they had a master set and could i come down to see what lock nut it was, They said it is on file by chassis, Recognised my lock nut type quickly and told me it was £100 will take 2-3 weeks (same think from renault on previous ocasion was £22 and a 1 week wait) I used the services of a local when nut remover, True expert no damage in slightest and it was 3 min and £60 for all 4, made me think i am in the wrong game

i rather think that if i am having to message these muppets over and over i am actually missing sales from people who do actually want to purchase.......................... it has been said before but messers message, I think there way is so slow too they message you 3am i message back 8.30, 2 days go by and they message again then i am ready to quit on them, i am just plain not going to play that game, I may loose a few of the shell suit brigade with there Nike caps but i am certain i make up for it with others who are more mainstream in the way they aproach car buying

i will never understand someone who thinks that using a phone to message me is better than using a phone to call me, As above, Someone with genuine interest WILL as soon as is possible speak with the vendor to gain as much insight into the car, The business the preparation that has been complete, The after sales situation, Anyone who fails to move to the phone after a few brief messages is not buying a car

i think i have your answer............................. i went through the same Battery and it was not cured, I went through ordering BCM for the fuse box as the diag reader gave clear evidence to suggest that.............................in my case i ordered fitted and it was cured by fitting a replacement indicator lights and wiper stalk to the steering Colum, there was something t on mine that was causing a permanent live to things that should not be live when everything is turned off -

I recently had a 65" television for my "waiting room" ()....................... and claimed the VAT back on that, 100% business relevant expense
-
it is like having a silent partner taking 20% of everything while adding absolutely nothing to your business and contributes nothing in the slightest apart from that paying VAT is great
-
I think you have to measure your self against what you did last year............................what XYZ motors up the road is doing is not helping you pay your overheads, The only competition you have is 2019..................... i should meet or just touch ahead of last year so cant complain

Selling Cars on Behalf of Customers
Blenheim Car Sales replied to johny1980's topic in General Dealer Chat
I would also add that you need to allow 3 months for the car to be sold, Your customer might imagine it will be sold in 2 weeks...........................if they take it back within the 3 months you should have a fee for the cleaning and the advertising, I recently had this issue with a distant friend and thought will not be doing that again -
