  1. When you click on the image Dave, it opens in a new full screen
  2. Looks lovely Dave but here's an idea to battle the cold...... Get you firends around and let them all piss in the hot tub again (reference to Dave's drunken antics in a much earlier thread)
  3. I keep getting excited about this snow warning but it doesn't seem to come. Can't wait to waft past people in the Disco and see what it can do. Will it be the best 4x4xfar - let's see.
  4. That is very sad, hope you're ok mate.
  5. I am getting this shit multiple times a day Hi, My client Paul is looking for Car Mechanics in your area, and I wondered if you were available to help? I’m contacting local professionals on their behalf to try and find someone to help them. It’s free for you to contact your first client with Bark, and we’ll give you access to their phone number as soon as you send your first message. If you respond now, there’s a strong chance you’ll secure the business. So click here to see everyone who's requesting your services or review Paul’s request below.
  6. Interesting, this is the same car that we had to replace an injector - there were no faults present before that.
  7. Exactly the same here: SERVICE followed by Risk of Filter Blocking - see Handbook. Now, garage ran a test which measures gases either side of the DPF and it was showing green through the revs, so he didn't think it was the DPF. I said and was conformed (apparently) by the Citroen guy to just change the DPF and eliminate that. This must be a sensor issue, car drives spot on, dare I say I quite like the car and as for the customer - the nicest, most understanding customer I have ever dealt with.
  8. One of best features on any tourer, shooting brake or whatever that I have owned. I can access the boot without worry about the dog jumping out into the road whilst loading unloading shit.
  9. I have a border collie, the most intelligent dog. Never mind how I lock the car, you should see the looks I get when she drives me back from the pub.
  10. This is well documented on every crime watch type program and the reason it is now so difficult to cut JLR keys.
  11. I do - sometimes I leave my dog in the boot for her own safety and open just the glass for her ventilation. It is a great feature.
  12. For what it is worth vs cost - this is always my first port of call.
  13. See, I don’t think it is choked whatsoever - for some reason it just thinks it is. My old 4.4 TDV8 was sublime - sure that’s a Pug Unit.
  14. It’s a timing belt and we changed that already (thought it was due at 60k)
  15. Sparky - thank you so much. Please can you PM your number when you’re back and I will sort something out with you. Or you can find my details at www.imperial-marques.co.uk Thanks again mate - very good of you. Dad lives in Buckley by the way (near Mold)
  16. My first ever trade plates were awesome, massive bullky triangle with three sharp screws holding the rent disc in place and some big ass rubber plate hangers. That wasn't the best bit though, that was the number (can't remember the two letters) which was 007 My dad says, you've always been a lucky bastard
  17. Thank CB I am not a techy and only have a generic scanner which doesn't read the car. The workshop have Snap Off but before doing the DPF replacement, they called in a favour from a chap with Dealer Level diag. Again, only third party information and I have some doubts.
  18. The car has had everything done and service issue (DPF) has come on after less than 20 miles on a new filter cartridge. Yes, it comes up to temperature and prior to changing the DPF accepted 2 forced regens and believe me it got hot (but very little smoke).
  19. Thanks Mates I will keep you updated. No more messing around, customer is nice as pie and wants a repair, so will seek Citroen specialist or even main stealer. I would do anything for nice customers.
  20. Yes - it is a bladder tank saying 3/4 full
  21. Guys I have a 2011 DS3 1.6HDI 110 which I sold before Christmas. Customer is amazingly patient and it has been back a few times for service light reset/reisk of particulate filter blocking. We have had the car for a week and finally fitted a new DPF cartridge and all good. I drove the car numerous times and redelivered it yesterday - no faults, powerful and smooth. Today, despite new DPF and pressure pipe plus telling the ECU the DPF has been replaced - same message occured. I ahve offered a full refund but customer loves the car and wants me to fix it. We are scratching our heads here, anyone have any ideas? TIA
  22. I for one am pleased that there is atleast some differentiation and "enhanced" features for those who commit to a package. It annoyed me that plastic traders and private could place an ad for one car, with more or less the same features cheaper than me on a package. Nick is right though, before I signed up - it would really piss me off that you could sell the car on day 1 and unless you had an identical advert, the ad's balance was wasted. At least on a package you can swap and change cars out within your agreed quantity - much better, plus more words, plus video, plus logo, website link - something AT have done right by their committed supporters.
  23. I wish you’d told me that, now I know where I’ve been going wrong - too much prep
  24. I feel your pain Simon - I had 14 days like that until last weeks amazing turnaround.
