  1. I’ve never cleaned an engine. Mr customer, look you can see there are no oil leaks..... & I’ve never paid for a wheel refurb, I’d probably scratch them backing it out of the workshop....

  4. Mikey, well in my book your adverts are a good 8 out of 10. I agree the location looks like you’ve dumped a body somewhere, but the choice of pictures and quality are good. Your photos need to be consistent, same background time and time again and not in direct sunlight. Ive watched your video and you come across as a well spoken genuine guy, definitely start doing a walk around video showing the warts and positives. Show the history in the video because it really sells cars. Maybe consider an introduction and conclusion. Hope that helps
  5. TV, I don’t really see why you are challenging NIk. It costs me more taking my boys down to my van at at Newquay for a weekend and I’ll be doing it every weekend from April. We are all entitled to family and leisure time, it shouldn’t be questioned. Nik, make the most of the slopes whilst you can.

I never have the intention or would never knowingly put a customer in that position, but when they’re assumption is immediately it’s my fault and I knew..... it rattles me

Mr Customer was very reasonable, even though it broke down leaving him stranded on the M3 the day after collection.... “This shit happens” was his attitude, so I wowed him with customer care, it really makes all the difference to me when the customer is polite and reasonable, then I bend over backwards for them.
