    You implied 4K was realistic. Ok . My question was, what cars under 15k carry a 4K cap margin ? I don’t understand, because all your cars are priced mid book and to make that sort of a margin you would have paid thousands under clean.... It doesn’t add up.. unless I’m missing something ?

    Absolutely agree, you make your business suit you. Don't be a bitch to the public unless you want to be... Your business is an open book, you make what you want of it, not what a third party tells you you should do. It's your business, your baby, your income, your choice, . Make your model suite you.....

    I've had two cars recently with recent Main Dealer MOT's (within 3 months)....... I've re-mot'd it and the brake pipes / ferrules and been DANGEROUS and I mean about to burst......... Just saying... I make sure everyone of my cars goes out safe, that's MY responsibility.

    I think the issue is actually, advertising for sale a potentially unroadworthy vehicle, TS do spot checks and can turn up and check your stock, blah blah

    I've been working like a dog all week to get cars advertised (I'm well behind) my last car sold on the 15th (7 this month). With 10 advertised this morning Iv'e sold 5 today, that's the most I have ever done in a day, I sold plenty of 4's in a day but 5 ! I've just halved my advertised stock from 10 to 5 in a day......... unbelievable....can't believe it..... Still got 12 in prep..... Whats your most memorable sales day ?

    Always MOT prior to sale so I know exactly where I stand with the car mechanically. I then incorporate the MOT, PDI, history, warranty booklet into its video presentation. This instills confidence into the mechanical preparation and condition of the car..... It really helps potential customers to make a remote buying decision, when you are upfront about the prep you've done to the car. Isn't there also an issue trading Standards with advertising cars (prior) to checking its mechanical validity ? I could be very wrong.....
