  1. Fair enough. Personally that's never been my approach. Each to their own though.
  2. Good post. I bet keyboardwarrior is a blast at parties.
  3. Why not? You'd of got the car you wanted at the price you wanted with the chance to mark the auctioneer's card. That's a win win in my book.
  4. Yep. I spoiled my last ballot paper and would rather now watch Emmerdale over Question Time or read Viz over the broadsheets. I voted to remain as the other option was just plain daft IMO, now I honestly don't care what happens and sadly it's a case of I'm alright Jack. Sigh. Anyway, electric vehicles in north Wales where folk still have dial up internet and bottled gas. Sure George.
  5. I wish we had those fake taxis.
  6. Here in North Wales economy has always been the name of the game. More chance of us stopping shagging sheep than there is of no longer buying diesel.
  7. And the reduction of buyer fees to help get a deal done. Anyway, OP's question dealt with, next. Is it a local car? Never ceases to amaze me how often that gets asked and why it's important, maybe it's a Welsh thing, Justin???
  8. It's more the principle with me, as one of their tele sales found out when I told them where their branch manager could stick their free breakfast. Funny, I requested a call back to tell him in person but have not heard a thing.
  9. The most annoying thing about this ( if true, and I'm not doubting you) is the auctions who don't normally give two fecks about you in the early part of the year suddenly gettting on the blower asking what they can do to get you back or offering incentives. Cheeky *****.
  10. All correct. Letting the vehicle tick over builds up pressure in some funny little ball so when the pressure is up all is well. The mosy annoying aspect of this is having to ring around the scrap yards trying to find said part and having to put up with their smart arsed comments about in demand used parts. Oh how we laugh.
  11. Before they went to three sales a week, Central Car Auction's Wednesday sale used finish at 11pm on a regular basis, making it an 11 hour sale!
  12. Adding to what others have said, paintwork for these fancy 3 stage colours can be very expensive these days. A wing on it's own could well end up with the door, bonnet and bumper being painted to blend it all in. I don't think assessors get sent out like they used to with many being written off remotely via body shop reports.
  13. See you at the march comrade.
  14. Unbelievable Jeff. We need to march.
  15. I can no longer keep this in. My name is mark and I love Olives, so much in fact, that when I buy my pizza in Tesco (without Olives) I then need to add the finest Olives off the deli counter and turn my nose up at the value Olives. Primula in a tube, what's that all about?
  16. I'm with you. Do you know my local Tesco's pizza counter no longer give you the option of having olives on your pizza but yet sell olives in store. And Ozz thinks he has problems.
  17. Bloody hell, this is all news to me but I'm with you brother. Let's march.
  18. I have to say, the Motors package has really been performing well this year so far, really well in fact. Unlike previous years, I won't be looking to get rid of it any time soon.
  19. Chess you say.Very addictive. Myself and Shaun from Codeweavers who posts on here have the odd battle on the board. if your on chess.com we should have a game sometime whilst waiting for the lots to come through
  20. No idea what your talking about. Cough, (delete's browsing data) cough, cough.
  21. We need to start talking about this more. Get it out in the open.
  22. No. Surely this can't be right
  23. This. Personally if I were in the OPs position I'd be working on my golf swing.
  24. Great post, in particular the last paragraph.
