Grey. Check out the colour on the 500s models
-
I don't think it matters, although I do it by deposit, as long as you are consistent.

I’m sure there must be an app where you can take a picture and then see what it looks like with different colour wheels. Or is that just photoshop?
-
Either touch in the bumper or paint it for sure. £50 smart repair. The wheels are ok. However would the car look better with grey wheels. You could add value to the car with a change of colour.

Vat is chargeable on a commercial vehicle until it passes through a private (non Vat registered) person, as they cannot charge Vat.

Advice needed: driving without insurance
David Ayers replied to Froo1975's topic in General Dealer Chat
You need to get legal advice if you get a notice of intended prosecution. ”The car that I was driving was a courtesy car and it turns out that the garage that lent it to me had either: - Insured the car before it showed up on the police system - Not insured the car at all” Or they told you to insure it yourself. Because most garages won’t want a newly qualified driver on their insurance. Did you sign a document when they gave you the car and did you get a copy? -
I take it Trade Vets cheque is in the post?

Accepting/providing finance pros and cons
David Ayers replied to tradegirl's topic in General Dealer Chat
Obviously depends on your stock profile. Pro's...You sell more cars and earn commision. Cons...I leave that to those who don't offer finance -
As the OP is a punter we won’t know what he is trying to claim for.

Spot on.

Don’t see the problem. With explaining to a customer. It shows the car was due a service and you have now had it serviced. Im not sure it should have been an advisory though

What are your projected costs for wages and advertising? These will be your biggest expenses if you are not planning on doing much prep. To sell that many cars a month how many staff do you think you will need? I’d guess minimum of 6. 3 salesman, 2 dogsbodies to do logistics/cleaning etc and 1 for admin. Assuming you and you partner handle the buying. £10k a month for wages. 60 cars on that website beginning with A. Probably £4K a month These are just some of the costs. Obviously there is Vat, insurance. The other issue is you are going to miss out on finance commissions with that stock profile. Oh by the way. That “ Sale of goods act 2015” you mentioned. You might want to look at that again. I think you need to read it a bit more thoroughly.

More importantly did you? Another vote for Benji/MrV. Don't think many people would have hung around after all the advice/abuse he got. Should change your name back though.

Forget who it was on the old AT forum (Danny Pyrke?) who said a customer asked for a discount. He said “Spell discount.” “D I s c o u n t” He said “You missed out the F” The customer replied “There’s no F in discount” Which is absolutely correct.
