Your agreement needs to be fair so that you aren't "CRA" screwed if there are problems. I'm not sure if Lawgistics do an invoice for selling of "third party" vehicles.... You really need to know the legalities.

Welcome Vic Personally, I don't think you have a leg to stand on. You should have registered the car in your name and very clearly stated its a private sale. Look at it from his point of view, all he see's is you declared yourself as a "Motor Trader" and within a few weeks needs a big repair. I can't understand your naivety........ I wouldn't ignore the letter, ring him and reiterate it "was" your car, test the waters and see his stance.............

If they are pushing boundaries without complaints then to be fair well done, they are doing something right. My confusion is are they are claiming on the website to be of Dutch origin and a Dutch Auction Company.... Companies House states they are Car Dealers not a registered Auction Company...

I’m not ashamed to say I love a bargain, and we as a family love car boot sales, flea markets etc.... We don’t owe a penny to anyone... we’ve saved lots of thousands on clothes for the boys 3&4, and furniture (our 3 piece sofa was £20). Bikes from the recycling centre etc... And, when they’ve grown out of the clothes / shoes the wife sells them on FB. We like to recycle.... The thing is everyone wants designer this, designer that and nobody understands the value of money. I'm teaching my boys to save first and then pay, they will then appreciate and understand the worth of money. Its very easy to spend someone else's money.

Spooky, I use the same primer but black, then Simonize black gloss, you don’t even need to take the wheels off or mask the tyres, when it’s dried just jet wash the paint off the tyres.... I know.... I’m really lazy
