Wait until youve got the car, it could come with a file of history from a specialist, or alternatively more Merc MD history which wasn't franchise linked to the previous history, Vendor depending there may be more history on a different plate...... You just don't know until you've got the car. Patience..

I certainly wouldn't be pay Mercedes for a service nor a specialist, you simply don't know if it has been serviced or not. Has there been a keeper change after the last service ? EPV, what does the OBC service indicator say about the next required service ??

Erm...We all know how difficult it is to find the right spot .......... Years ago there was Morrison's close to me which had a lovely corrugated grey wall (shaded) aswell. Light Dove grey is my favorite, my warehouse is white inside (painted breeze blocks) and at home I have a lovely laurel hedge, however its dependent of the right light....... I'm thinking of painting an area in my unit grey and getting some glossy floor covering to make really look good and stand out, do you think it will be money well spent ??

PM, the car was 16 years old, you did the job right by freshly MOT'd and safety checking it, both of which confirmed by third party professionals. Any garage offering safety checks is fishing for business, there's nothing wrong with this but if billy is expecting "gold for the price of silver" he should of bought new... GABANO..... BTW......
