Sending part exchanges to the block?

I absolutely agree. It’s rare I sell a true bag of shite to the public but there is absolutely nothing wrong or illegal selling an “unroadworthy vehicle” on an “unroadworthy vehicle” SOR invoice. You just do a brutally honest video or written advert.... we’ve been through this numerous times before, BHM is right. Just say the MoT is invalid and hold on to the cert. You will only fall fowl if you don’t protect your ass and sell to a Cretin. Oh and “trade sale” invoices are strictly a no no unless you are selling to the trade with proof and then the advert still has to beccorrect under the SOGA b2b rules. Be warned. -
Agreed, then retail back.

Do you work for Autotrader ? Can’t find your franchised dealership as McClain autos.. it would be great to see your stock profile. You see, I bet you aren’t selling 12 year old 10+ year old monster mileage bangers, are you ? Because for a ROI the margins are huge.... You see, the premise to you reply IMO is flawed... -

Your right, I love bangers they always sell quickly, it owed me nothing, I spent £700 and doubled my money within a few days. ROI.... not only that, I saved it from the scrapper. And yes, -+ the vat and tax it was still worthy of a fun project.
-
Not anymore, it sold straight away

What some traders find hard to understand is I don’t want to operate mainstream. I don’t want to be a forecourt. I want to sell all my cars remotely by video on the net. I just want to deal with customers who appreciate exactly where I’m coming from and have specifically chosen to buy from me. Simple.
-
Nik, you don’t sell your cars by video, I do. I’m unique in the way I operate. I don’t need, nor do I want to deal with finance customers and I definitely don’t want to spend my time trying to convert the “maybe’ customers. My customers buy from me because of the way I operate, openly and transparently. No messing, upfront honest description, confirmed buyers only. I wouldn’t operate any other way.

Take a step back and chill, you are getting friendly valuable adult advice. This isn’t Mumsnet......
-
It’s part of the game if you allow these shits to do it to you. It’s why I only appoint, video watched “deposit paid” genuine buyers. You know my thoughts...
-
Do it on grass or gravel, not on your drive (overspray, You can also do the calipers at the same time.
-
Yes, but that takes time and the enthusiasm to do it.... both of which I don’t have
