  1. I had a promo on my pink Fiat500 (buyer gets a night of bliss with me, I thought the phone would ring of the hook)..... Anyways, it sat there for 6 months, not one call..... Ended promo, sold said Fiat500
  2. This is right. 100%. Let’s not fluff about, if you allow them to waste your time, they will. Pre-qualify every appointment. You need commitment, unless of course you don’t mind wasting hours of your life on their fantasy. Get a deposit upfront.
  3. Nik, I’m not teaching you to suck eggs... but, why didn’t you value their car prior to appointment? It saves your and their time.
  4. Take a deposit over the phone and guarantee accuracy. Ask for commitment and call their bluff.
  5. I think the price is cheap, the car is exceptional. I am an AMG fan though and E55’s values are rocketing as we speak, it’s a great investment opportunity.
  6. Here’s an investment https://www.transparencycars.co.uk/cars/mercedes/eclass/e55amg/204262/0
  7. They aren't ranked, its upto you based on your chosen search preferences, either nearest first, lowest price, BIN, auction etc etc......
  8. Wow, looks great, where did you buy it from James ?
  9. "best match" is exactly that, if you type in E320 CDI SPORT it'll bring them up along with associated parts, you then refine the search as above. It's simple and straightforward.
  10. The two negatives I have had were both from not buyers, absolutely morons both of them. Not = non
  11. Can you put up a video showing how it works James ? Sorry, I see you’ve already declined.
  12. Don't get talked into you completing the export section with your details (you are not exporting it). I seem to remember you give them the full log book and keep a copy of their ID with the purchase receipt etc.
  13. I'm with you, its a very simple search engine on the classic site (mobile app is rubbish). Its far better than AT as an advertisng medium in every respect IMO, apart from it doesn't attract the same clientele as AT....
  14. James, when there are variances in values, its risky.... My advice would be to research thoughly then work out your retail back value, its the only true way to calculate your required ROI.
  15. When I changed to CD5, I specifically wanted simple and straightforward, not clutter, just easy clear adverts. Fuss free (stock on front page) easy to negotiate. It annoys the hell out of me when I look at dealer websites and you have to be Sherlock to find a car...
  16. Nik, your website is in your details mate.
  17. I know exactly where you are coming from, I've never had any intent to be huge... I like being my own boss and now with the kids, I just want an easy life watching them grow at weekends, we've gota static in Newquay. To be fair, I sell everything remotely so it gives me alot of freedom, I just feel robbed with that AT bill when its quiet.... We all know how that feels....
  18. How many do you stock ? , does eBay bring in most of your sales ? I would love to lose my £1700 AT month fee, thats 15+2 but my usage is running at about 70%....
