  3. yep as michael caine said in alfi You know what? When I look back on my little life and the birds I've known, and think of all the things they've done for me and the little I've done for them, you'd think I've had the best of it along the line. But what have I got out of it? I've got a bob or two, some decent clothes, a car, I've got me health back and I ain't attached. But I ain't got me peace of mind - and if you ain't got that, you ain't got nothing. I dunno. It seems to me if they ain't got you one way they've got you another. So what's the answer? That's what I keep asking myself - what's it all about? Know what I mean?

  9. if you are that tight why not photostat a warranty book you find in a car you have for sale failing that go down a scrappers and have a route around beware though if looking in triumphs or something that trunions and dynamos cut no ice with trading standards if you exclude them (winky winky my emocons arent emoconi)
  10. noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
  11. dont ask me i sell em take it to a tech with tech not always main dealer either, find out if you have a specialist in the area ,a trader will know one he recommends
  12. injectors overfuelling would be my first port of call, remember a code read wont tell you this, this is why i think you are looking in the wrong area, maybe a better technician needed? hi dave did you go through the link i gave you it particularly showed a bm with a coil off found via a pico, turns out a mosfet transistor had gone o/c
  13. you just passed it did you not see it ............. ,sorry......................... anyway now you are here i have this nice dacia.................................
  14. flip car on its roof it would seem
  15. if it is due to chain lash and the sensor showed is the correct one then there is no point changing it as they work or they dont however they work by the whats called hall effect so if you broke off the fixing lugg and twisted it in its hole ever so slightly and fastened it up with a washer then the hall would be slightly out to the chain and thus the crank sensor to cam sensor would be more in time and the light would stay off just sayin..............
  16. hi james i hate all crime it always affects somewhere the van will never be seen again it will be ringed broken or exported,i know you know this though,my condolences to your friends

  18. do confetti sales enjoy the wedding remember that not having details of trader might just be the start here car might be in a road traffic/crime/drugs/anything you apparently are last registered in trade keeper keep some clean jim jams ready and await your door bashed in at 5.30 am just saying........................... paperwork is more important than the sale these days.hopefully you take your medicine and the points and the learning curve you are brave to admit your offence i give you full credit for that i nearly got killed my an in trade confetti car a few years back being used by a robbery team so i aint a fan of lost trade cars
  19. mine still look like that
  20. hi A & S they might just be chancers but they've been seen and know you have no physical deterrents so this needs addressing first cctv (make sure hard drive impossible to find) and security lights are a must these days and advertise the fact if theres only one way onto your property put a physical barrier there even if its a scrapper and disable it every night if in a unit make every entry a challenge, make sure shutter doors cant be opened by slowly backing a vehicle into them and if they do get in make sure they cant use any electrics lock anything from toolboxes to computers offer a local reward last time i was broken into they came through the roof and went everywhere but near my alarm pickup thats wired to the telephone system, how did they know that? people who burgle are usually people who know you have gained your trust in some way so know the setup im convinced of this
  21. i must be on the row ignore so my help not needed i guess
