I am now a member of the Private lounge lucky me, I wont be having bailiffs i will be getting things sorted, My cars are safe, I was taken to court on as a sole Trader my cars are in the ltd company name but i wont be on call the sheriff's or cant pay wont pay

if we are quiet its our fault, We chose the stock paid what we paid and did the pics and put the add up online, Its our fault for thinking we are master of our own destiny when clearly we are not. Suck it up and stop moaning, There are others out there who are having record months,

BHM yes thanks i was aware of the severity of a failure to pay, I agree i have 21 days actually in this instance was agreed at the hearing

yes i think the average person would trust the VOSA mot history for the milage far more than they trust a service book................... anyone can fill a service book not everyone can log on to complete a VOSA mot year after year, Might be a genuine story and reason just unsure if its worth the hassle, My experience is customers to know about and search MOT history on a lot of my cars

last month i as good as sold out (6 from my 8) and it was record profit for the year, This month its just so bad, keep over analyzing and thinking of all the reasons why it could be so quiet, Really happy to with stock profile too, Prices are all good / great on Autotrader, Frustrated .......................... i even tidied the office !!!!

ok so we had our 3 hours in court and |Lost as expected, but at least its over now, she was in small claims with a £9999 claim and judge awarded £2975 I learned a lot from the process and how it all works, If it happened again i would defend myself as i can ask clever questions like my solicitor too Question, While of course i am committed to pay this sum is there anything i can do to split it into monthly payments sofen the blow ??is this discretion of court or the plaintiff ?? so nil deals for September and a £2975 hole in the bank account, VAT qtr in 14 days time, Christmas around the corner

I dont think there is the usual over supply either at auctions given its a plate change, I think PX from new cars are lower than 12m ago

as a generalisation i think Manheim has always been more expensive, and never any jaw dropping bargains

Yes there are dealers with trade accounts who have sold cars at auction and they have gone on there sales board as a retail deal

always have to remember thought there will be 50% on here who are running away with it having sales beyond expectations and other 25% will be doing alright and there there is the rest poor profile, no interest, wrong make model colour spec to many miles to many owners ect ect

Franchise dealer i worked at in early 2000`s had a Mini Cooper S "john cooper works" come in as a Part exchange I was just a sales person and left it to others but we valued the car did the deal and got on with it, Car went through prep and workshops then went on for sale, The mini customer who knew everything about these cars instantly pointed out a john Cooper Works car has got this and that and this as part of a very comprehensive package, We went around the rear and pointed at the back...............but its got the badge Customer didnt purchase it turns out the £10 Works badge was all it did have and it was not a JCW car after all, I was not the one getting into trouble on that one but i still learned from it, Company lost a lot on that one because once we knew we had to remove the badge and price it accordingly

I am sure there are specialist electronic companies out there that have the expertise to repair these units, Its a big business area in our industry, I brought it £400 behind Cap Ave so i have some margin for repair, Just need to find company i can trust for the work

mine has the "updating" message too maps show but nothing else really works, just asks for CD

Wondered if anyone had experience on this unit the RT6, My car shows maps. It pics up satellites but will not accept a new destination, It comes up with "please insert manufacturers CD" I obviously do not have this CD and thought it was just simply a case of getting this CD and updating the database, When you try and give it a destination, It will accept an Address but the machine just permanently hangs at "installing database" and no destination is ever loaded, Can anyone tell me if the CD isput into the head unit or if i am looking for another module in the boot ?? for example Peugeot main agent Parts manager says its broken needs sending off after just a chat and giving him the chassis number and asking me what happens when i try and work it, Something just does not feel right, For my own sanity i would just like to offer it a CD like it is asking and see if it wakes it up, Sure i can get one of Ebay, Does anyone have any experience with this RT6 unit who can offer some insight, Or who has a Company that you have used for this specialist type of Electronic repair preferably in the Midlands area who i could chat to and get an opinion

only mistake i made was adding far to many boxes that i wanted authorisation on and the fees were crazy, had to amend it and sent it back into the system, they will let you know

All the boxes and information on all the tabs when completing the add must be filled in ..................even the ones you would normally skip, and a considerable number of pics 40+ i say there is a relevance video from Autotrader if you go looking for it on this very matter
