  1. When you have a crazy billy threatening you with untold unreasonableness, that’s where Lawgistics really help. They will support you and write billy a very well written legal letter telling them to jog on. Ive had to use them a couple of times and each time nutter billy disappeared quick sharpish. Having Lawgistics behind you is a very usefy tool, it shows billy your arent a mug and won’t be walked over. They are worth every penny in my book, but I do also agree with Dave, that many years of experience gives you the confidence to not be “rolled over” and to back yourself. But, IMO when you have a serious issue and don’t know which way to go then their help and advice is invaluable.
  2. OP, ring your council, explain to them you would like their help and guidance on your intended use of the proper (what you can/cannot do/sell etc). I did this prior to getting my unit, they were very helpful. Make sure you get clarity in writing. Simple. Property...

  4. Marc, what has drawn you to the car ? Is it cheap ?
  5. You are entitled to a full refund and reasonable consequential losses. You might have to sue them, you need to balance up whether your loss is worthy of all the hassle. It’s a shite position to be in and I’ve never been in this situation but if I was me I think if the dealer didn’t compensate I’d be taking them to court....

  7. Tradewise for me, £900 a year comp, includes demontration, roadrisk etc and 20k limit. Been with them for years, I have never claimed.

  14. Thanks Gents, I don't actually do any mechanical work, I just make things worse ... ebay are wanting £75 each side for used door mirrors. Bugger that I say.....
  15. MOT tester help required..... Just taken this banger in, its failed MOT on both door mirror indicators not working........ Am I right in thinking if they are masked off then it'll pass ?.... or if it has aftermarket universal mirrors fitted (without indicators) it'll pass, or do I have to get robbed by ebay for a used pair ?
