But imo Benji, to be fair asked a straightforward newbie question, he got the advice he needed and problem was solved, he made the problem and resolved it himself..... I admire the fact he keeps coming back and has had plenty of punishment, but has shown the determinocity to carry on and keep at it, we are all different in the way we learn, some are superquick like Mark & James others need molly cuddleling. Benji, they are taking the piss. Corrosion is pointed out on Manheim reports because it is a major factor in the condition of the car. They cannot absolve their responsibility, you need to escalate a complaint politely with photos video etc....
