  1. I No, I mean I’ve divided up the remaining space into three and will do each section in 2 coats, when one has dries I’ll do the next.. I can then rotate the cars without too much disruption
  2. Thanks A51, I’m gonna do it myself in three separate applications, this’ll reduce disruption. It’s a cheap Aldi copy Btw, swarfega isnt my thing, it’s far too gritty and make your balls sore....
  3. Well., I am so impressed with the way expoxy flooring enhances the pictures.... I have decided I am going to do the whole unit floor, I will then be able to do some kind of walk through the unit introduction and conclusion in my videos......it should be quite impressive for the billies (along with imperial leather soap) in the toilets
  4. It's profit that counts Nik so well done ! Still only half way through the month
  5. Very busy with 8 sold so far. I'm currently averaging 10 advertised so sales numbers are very good. Still playing catch up with 4 waiting to be advertised, 3 in prep and another 3 bought today...
  6. We all take hits, some very much bigger than others, what we have in common is we are all trying to be a success off our own back's. You are still fighting, you are still making your own money and you aint someone else's bitch. Well put.
  7. Does being a patronising twat make you feel big ? Read his post, get your facts right.
  8. Agreed. The public think we buy for 1k sell for 2k and it’s that’s easy...... the public have no understanding of what genuine good dealers do.
  9. Stocking loans are fine, as long as you accept you are their bitch, it isn't your stock, you are working to pay on their terms. They can end your business at anytime, you aren't in control of your own destiny.... It might be flattering but you are working for them. 2008 was only 10 years ago.....
  10. Good start with 6 so far, one interestingly who travelled from South Korea....... I think that's definately my furthest customer
  11. The force is strong in this one.... Luke.......Luke....... use a video Luke.....
  12. Spot on. People buy from people, you are not just simply selling the car, you are selling yourself and your business, you are instilling trust and accuracy.
  13. It is your responsibility as a retailer to have sufficient insurance to demonstrate the car on a public road.
  14. Nik, it’s an undesirable mk3 Golf. Not a Ferrari.
  15. It’s certainly not desirable to me as a classic, therefore IMO it’s not desirable. As a usable practicle classic yes, but as an investment no. Has anyone ever looked at a 93 Golf 1.4 Ryder and thought WOW, what an amazing piece of automotive historical machinery. The answer is NO, just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s an investment.
  16. No desirability sadly. Yet it is a practical classic, I would get some advice from https://www.swva.co.uk/classic-car-auction/upcoming-auctions/ They might be able to give you some guidance.
