Erm 5 month of use and refusing to state mileage, refusing to allow inspection etc etc. This guy is an utter chancer, he’s seen a weakness and thinks he can take piss 5 months down the line I repeat THIS is exactly why you should NOT take card payments.

You are being unreasonable and refusing to allow the vehicle to be inspected and refusing to state the current mileage. You cannot Just demand a full refund.

Tradex. The thing about videos is once you have found your routine it becomes a lot simpler. It's the future so should be embraced, from the constant feedback I get, my billies always comment about the personal description, and the fact they feel they can trust me. If you are monatonic and without character, I think you just become boring, the same with a video without comentary, its just boring... At the end of the day the video is your opportunity to sell yourself and the car, remember people buy from people..

I would say around 80% of my buyers don't test drive prior to paying the balance, they walk round the car confirm my description its accurate and they pay, 20 mins max including pleasantries I know, I know, it surprises me too........
