Hi, We sold a car through Zuto 5 months and 1 week ago (August 2016). Car was BCA Assured without fault. Customer had one month warranty from us. Just had an email from Zuto saying the head gasket has gone (they have paid to have it inspected) and are asking what we as the supplying dealer are “going to do about it”!? The report states that customer had it scanned for possible gasket problem in 2016 and carried on driving it for 2450 odd miles until he had it scanned again,no garage could find a fault so he complained to Zuto who have had it inspected and “confirmed”. What would you do or what should we do? Thanks in advance and Happy New Year.

Sold a Mondeo to a taxi firm with 311000 miles up it a good few years ago......they sold it a few years later to my friends neighbour with 67000 miles! Must have driven in reverse for three years!

Look on the number plates,if the supplying dealer is on there call them....you never know! Worked a treat loads of times for us over the decades!
