2008 polo 1.4 petrol, parked in the shade starts no problem, parked in direct sunlight for a couple of hours it turns over but wont start. Any had this? Seems common among the VAG crap but cant find a definitive answer. Coolant sensor already changed. No fault codes

I'm finding auction prices have levelled out at the moment,
-
Main dealers will sometimes give them to you for free if you ask nicely.
-
What age RR is it?
-
Car Sourcing, how often do you guys get asked?

No chance!! -
In other words they have no money.
-
Have they got a ECU module on the rack like Citroens?
-
All the VAG stuff you have to turn the steering wheel lock to lock to reset the angle sensor after a flat battery.

Quite a rare car mint low mileage go to collectors! Not as common as the Lotus thats for sure.

I was just stating pal, Most cars are checked but some slip through the net I guess. I'd rather save £40 or so and not buy one with a report waste of time unless its BCA then I have had refunds on those.
-
Sure check is complete rubbish to be fair I just use my eyes and ears.

If your garage uses another garage for MOT's they are legally entitled to charge you VAT.

Not necessarily with manheim the ones I bought the staff said hadn't been through yet. Some have, some haven't.
-
I've had some bargains out of buy it nows and in the hall but otherwise very similar.

If your feature was called "Why you shouldn't be a dealer" you'd fill the magazine up.

I've only ever bought one with no history a Fiesta Zetec S, you could clearly seen it had work done with all new brakes, clean air filter and clean oil on the dipstick. I sold no problem and its amazing how many people buy a car without even asking about history. Then you get others who wont buy a car because it missed a service.
-
What about a real clean grade 2 car with clean mechanical report but no service history. yay or nay?
-
What? For me its max of 3 owners what ever the age unless its a convertible. I've had 5 owners car before customers turn their noses up at a perfectly good car.

Its no secret if you want finance find companies and ask them!

cars "dumped" throughout the world
Tom replied to have a word with the wife's topic in General Dealer Chat
Its like people who buy cars at auctions and leave them dumped in the car parks for months on end. Why?
