Hi, we usually stand our own warranty cover for 3 months where the car has to come back to us, but had an enquiry from a potential customer who is 150 mile away and she understandably wants a warranty that she can use at any garage so she needs a third party warranty cover policy, I don't normally use these company's but if I do for this type of customer as anyone got any recommendations, Thanks

I find if you are right with them they know it but i'm sure they wouldn't tolerate anything that wasn't right or anyone who wasn't straight with them.

Had a Polish guy this week on an 8k car say what's best price I said 8k he took a test drive and then said ok I buy, often all you need to do is say no. By the way I like Polish they are straight talking.

Hi, if you want to do something do it now that's my view there's no such thing as the right time, get stuck in and make it work, nothing's easy.

I would explain that he had a 30 day warranty but you will repair it out of goodwill, that's what I would do myself in the same situation.
