I was asked to fit two sat navs in a car today which I duly did The husband wanted a female voice on his The lady wanted sean Connery on hers The problem is I'm now still stuck at work unable to close the doors because the sat navs are bickering which way is the best route to the buyers house

Not just customer expectations. Consumer law and the internet... When I started out in the late '70's you basically sold it and if you even gave a receipt you'd write 'sold as seen, tried and tested' or some such nonsense. If the customer came back (not many did) you might have a bit of an arguement, maybe wave the two-foot breaker bar at them. You'd hear no more. Nowadays customers have the CRA and will write bad reviews from here to kingdom come. They'll also turn up waving printouts from internet forums etc ....

We trade them sort of things to a face book warrior , i Hit the PX hard on price then stick £2/400 on top , he buys them off me and sells via facebook . no hits back to me and his warranty ends 10 secs down the road . Win win

I think your quoting the wrong person, I couldn't give a flying feck about AT or their price markers. If your having AT problems I feel bad for you son, I've got 99 problems but AT ain't one, hit me.
