Get it back fix it , give it back , don't let his chosen garage or his mate touch it in anyway . 15 hours is a joke . Remember its 11 yr old and you are entitled to use remanufactured or used parts if you wish , *Golden rule* , fetch it back so its all under YOUR Control OR THEY WILL Rip your wallet for sure .
