metcars 397 Posted May 3, 2019 http://www.binca.co.uk/ So, is it that easy to set up as a car auction and sell 'sold as seen' ? All Vehicles are sold as seen on trade terms, exactly as they would be at any other auction. The sales invoice will show further info regarding the terms of sale. Every buyer will be asked to read and sign a 'trade sale' invoice upon purchase

David Ayers 171 Posted May 4, 2019 Didn't someone post a similar set up on ebay. This was a physical auction which I believe started "when one or more bidders are present"
Frankieola 22 Posted May 4, 2019 The only staff we employ on site are key handlers, drivers and payment clerks...... Ask one of our staff to give you a valuation for your vehicle! Who is the most generous out of then with PX values then?!
Arfur Dealy 823 Posted May 4, 2019 Can’t see a company number on the website or even a Ltd company name... you can’t operate the way they do legally as explained on their website.

The business wasn’t incorporated or registered as an auction. It’s nature of business is car sales, just like ours. They cannot negate consumers rights just because they call themselves an “auction.”
