  1. Like I said in the other thread ebay has gone really quiet. No ryhme or reason.
  2. Really common on the Kugas good seller but the DPF are hassle. I've got one in stock now that has already had a new DPF filter fitted which is a bonus. I know the DPF pressure sensor next to the battery area are usually a common fix.
  3. Yes agreed, even though more people look on ebay than AT according to my stats. Lots of views and watchers and that's it they don't call or message like they used to. Bizzare. I know with ebay its a bargain website, they go on there to get a bargain so if your car is top wack it wont work. I do sell a few on there, did 1 this week but it's just really dried up.
  4. Ebay has died for us, gumtree is crap, motors is weak. Now on A.T and getting consistent enquiries.
  5. Yes never touch "pendragon" cars in the block proper shite. Whats the 1p for on the end of the price?! 25,000 cars is some going though
  6. Well done, I couldn't find one for love nor money on my 2010 320i saloon, apparently BMW changed the ratios on certain years so it had to be the same.
  7. Has it dropped a valve? Really need a compression check!
  8. N14 turbo engine with an auto box = 2011 onwards have the BMW unit I believe which can snap timing chains. Early minis with Chrysler running gear are shit. 2010/11 onwards they are much better.
  9. That's your answer. Its up to you to check before you buy. A quick look at the gear knob would of helped.
  10. A glow plug light on a merc doesn't necessarily mean there's a fault with the glow plugs per se. All sounds very dodgy to me, Garage and cuntomer not letting you start the thing and "lost the key". hmm!
  11. Nope! Registered or imported is BCA saying you buy it as seen, year model and spec cannot be guaranteed.
  12. Tax it on DD on the green slip cancel it when you sell it. It wont add a keeper.
  13. I had a noise on an E90 turned out to be the rear diff, new bearings and crown gears fixed the problem £800 later. It sounds like a disc brake rubbing the backing plate. Very common on these rubbish german cars we no longer sell. Just check the tyres are not out of shape as well.
  14. When the Germans made decent cars....
  15. Brake calipers are common on these, price one of these up!
  16. Have you been under a rock? Was announced two years ago. I use quickbooks nice and easy once you get it rolling. HMRC are doing it as they are losing billions in mis calculated tax/vat. A pain but has to be done!!
