We use Facebook a lot and so far, around 30% of our sales are generated from there. Not as advanced skill wise as yourself but we do use the pages manager, target audience specific ads, engaging posts etc. I review our insights section daily and try and post at the most active time etc. We're in a semi-rural area of South Wales so we try and use that to our advantage with the social media stuff

FB is a mine field just when you learn what works they change it and charge for it. All about interactions rather than likes, many are having it away on there for very little money need to build the audience and fully understand targeting / re-targeting etc. The IMDA did a social media masterclass and even some of the very advanced dealers picked up lots of tips to help them. Forever changing and the challenge is to learn and adapt and not get too carried away by likes or simply boosting posts IMO. Feel free to share !

Hi DBCars! We're also newbies here. My partner had been in the industry for roughly 8 years but took the leap of faith in September taking on our own site, stocking up to 25 cars with a workshop, tyre bay and valeting bay. Initially, we only used ebay & gumtree (the combined package) but took on a small AT package with the double up offer at the start of the month. Best of luck with the new premises! -Kelly & Ryan-

Has Davis Brent invaded this forum? I’m always suspicious of anyone who storms into a situation, telling every fucker how to run the job, full of big talk and then serves up a big fat slice of Spam. Sorry, but fancy websites don’t impress me - I’m too old to be bullshitted. ***David Brent*** even!

100% + 1 I would also love to see the footage from the Cameras, and hear the conversation in the Cabin just after it cut dead !! MB are probably already aware of this, I'm surprised there hasn't been a phone call to them yet, perhaps they didn't have a phone BT'd to the car

What kind of fucking moronic arsehole would drive a fully electronic, virtually autonomous Car through a Ford And you can bet your life if the dumb assed punter says it was 12" of Water it would have been at very least 24" to 36" And yes, if MB get that back with a bent rod and water in the Cylinder you will have one very sorry punter. Make it quite clear from the outset that this will not be covered by Warranty. Get the Car back, and get the Dash Cam footage off the Telematics This Car has many Cameras that give 360 degree vision

If they are approved with 24/7 then they are an approvable customer so just bang it over to your broker and earn some coms rather than having to pay it.
