It's me 615 Posted July 30, 2019 those codes are generic and point to a typical vauxhall problem poor wiring loom look for chafing first missus then consider corrosion in plugs, has car been washed off underbonnet lately?

New set of plugs and coilpack but the 4th spark plug hole above the spart plug (Far right as you look at the engine) was full of oil Have replaced the rocker cover and seem okay since 8 minutes ago, jason doyle motor sales said: those codes are generic and point to a typical vauxhall problem poor wiring loom look for chafing first missus then consider corrosion in plugs, has car been washed off underbonnet lately? I havent washed it off under the bonnet. Where do you recommend for chaffing as a starting point and ill start having a look around.
Stalker 180 Posted August 6, 2019 Are you still having problems with this one? The rocker cover has a built in PCV, when you remove the oil cap with the engine running it should have a slight bit of vacuum. However when they fail they have pressure there instead, and through the dipstick too. when they fail they misfire, stutter, judder and nearly cut out, which throws on the esp light. Interesting to hear this. I have just brought it back from the customer its showing a body control module fault got it booked in with my local auto electrician to see if they can figure it out. I back in the day i use to buy ngk in boxes as partco always did a good deal if you bought 4 score, sometimes on taking old plugs out you could see the old plugs were copies as the ceramic was poorly set in to the metal theres no way in hell i would buy copies off the internet,i can see it now the plug gets hot and it drops its poopy right into the combustion chamber ja trader missed a bullet and needs to remember this next week its copy brake pads and how i escaped jail on a snitch back
