Items removed from drivers view prior to test is a favourite of mine dealer I know has that on most of his stock funnily enough it was his mot tester that tested them and his valeter that put the air freshener there in the first place

That's very true . I realise that more since my friend passed suddenly 2 years ago with a heart condition . Seen it so many times . Infact.i said to my ageing mother the other day to spend some money on the house new bathroom etc so dad and her can enjoy there money .. on the other side of the coin I've seen lots of guys retire then detoriate so quick after words so guess there is a happy medium ..

It's funny because I guess that's why you don't see much of that now back in the mid to late 90s and early 2000s I remember a dealer up here put a set on almost every BMW they sold they then changed it to charge as an extra for x amount

It was the exact same as colour magic .it was spelt COLORCOTE 2000 same idea you bought the colour to suit your car Probably just the same under a different name though ... cant remember if it was car plan turtle wax that made it .though it might have been an independent I found an old trademark online but couldn't find a picture.of a bottle. Maybe what happened to it was the colour magic makers didn't like there idea being stolen or it was just crap who knows lol I don't mind colour magic used to polish red cars with it all the time brought them up a treat ..

Talking about scratch removers I remember a true story from years ago about one called colour coat 2000 back In the early 90s younger self thought it was a good idea to wash dads newly acquired year old car with a brillo pad lucky only did the wing and he caught me on time and only rubbed it light . remember visiting the motor show guy claimed it would remove the marks to my dad saying oh yes thats what we put or scratches in with they used to set fire to an old bonnet and polish if the residue as a young lad I was fascinated funnily enough that car got scrapped some 13 years later still with the light scratches on the wing . And also funnily enough never seen or heard of colour coat 2000 since then ..

Never used it myself so honestly couldn't tell you i do think most of that stuff is all gimics though . Use g3 and t cut .myself

Nice wheels do transform a car though don't they I hate miss matched wheel trims or scuffed alloys . Lot of the main dealer and bigger national dealers don't seem to care theres a car supermarket near me and every second car has scuffed up wheels and thats them fully prepped And on the forecourt there only averaging a year and a half to two years old cars too no sure id like my two year old car .. to have scuffed wheels
