There's no such thing as an "Official Dealer" you're either selling a car privately or you're selling a car that's in the trade. One makes you a private seller the other makes you a trader. The term trader implies you are a professional car dealer, large or small. There isn't a license or certificate that makes you a dealer and we don't all swear allegiance to the car dealer fairies at the start of each day.

No. The COMAND doesn’t relate to Bluetooth. The Bluetooth module looks like a large computer mouse, about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. Reminds me of my old chap. I think the fear of someone returning a car to a finance company for no valid reason is misplaced. Yes, people reject cars and yes they involve the finance company. But lenders are only too aware of the CRA and don't just bend over when someone complains that a tyre has blown of a set of pads need replacing. If you're happy to sell a car and stand by it under the law (as I'm sure we all are) then selling it on finance doesn't make any difference.

Mate if you can get a mechanic to not only do all that in on day, without a ramp, for £20 an hour, you’re the envy of many I suspect. I don’t know where you’re based but assuming it’s not very north that is about right. Especially for a local rural garage with overheads etc.
