Stock in high demand today, could not get near a single german car in the £3k-£6k range today. Somecars going at near on retail prices. First mini of the day i passed on as was £100 over what i wanted to pay,"there will be more" i said to myself. How wrong could one be anyone else there today?

So got a fine for displaying inside the car, well, we have appealed but unlikely to win. Haha, we have learnt our market pretty quickly, doesnt take long to figure out the problems. Although mini’s we go through with a fine tooth comb as they are bags of sh*t, truth be known. why is everyone steering clear of them? big rewards if your buy correctly.

We only sell bmw 1-3-5 series, Audi a3,a4,a6,a8, TT’s and minis, unless a decent vw Passat estate comes along or a nice golf. Literally can’t sell this stuff quick enough, however we stay away from all 4x4 and 7 seaters. We sold 3 on Friday within 2 hours, a6 lemans 2010, VW Passat 06 plate estate and 318d 10 plate, all full money and all with over £1k in them and full money. It was a splendid day hehe. we are internet based only, but are getting an amazing forecourt on the 1st seeptember but I’m scared the forecourt is going to be totally empty with walk on customers at this rate!

Pay no attention- give it a good old rev.... and listen to them starting it up. I just bought a mini with the same thing and it’s absolutely perfect. Do your own research. And don’t buy blind!!

Is it me or are the price of 06-10 plate cars like bmw 1 & 3 series m sports, Audi TT, well specced mini coopers, Audi A6 ltd editions such as LeMans seem to be going up in price? Or is there just a lack of good quality stock about? We are now on 14 cars for the month and only hold 10-12 cars, and we are going on a buying frenzie this week as we only have 3 cars in stock and they are all being prepped (although did pick up a great mini convertible last night from Facebook) Business is absolutely booming. But we are selling quicker than we can buy them! Impossible to get fully stocked at present

i no longer discount cars, we are always well priced, and i ask the customer to find a better one for the money for the age spec, mileage. they normally cant. i am now getting to the stage where i will turn customers away as i dont want any hassle. our cars are in fantastic condition and always prepped well and still the cheapest. www.villagecarsbillericay.co.uk - just some of our stock.

I do really well on sundays, 2 today, normally get the spur of the moment buyers on sunday. 2 last Sunday also. I know these people can all appear to be a pain in the arse but there is some decent customers mixed in there I would of just said you have brought it into trade? Why didn’t you bring it into trade and do it online. Takes 2 minutes.

younger generation just dont use the phone, especially 18-23 year old girls. i sold a £6k audi tt over facebook messenger the otherday..... i literally spent 10 mins text, done, bank transfer deposit. viewed the car yesterday, collecting saturday. Get with the times people

We have between 10-13 cars in stock and already sold 8 this month. Viewings today also. Customers absolutely mopping up the 3-5k minis and Audi bmw and merc £3-8k range. Constantly having to buy stock to replenish. Sold 2 cars before customer even viewed and paid in full. Crazy.

I went this exact route, I now sell German between £4k - £9k when I started out I wanted to sell £20k Audi’s straight off the bat..... well I bought a mini last night for £2k and sold it this morning for £3290 within 18 hours. What a result. i can buy 3-4 sensible cars to one £20k lump. We all come in with the best intentions but reality is, you can can earn more from less.
