BMW spec

Can some kind person tell me if there's a site that would give me an 'as built' spec for BMW from the vin/reg number? In the way that Ford ETIS works? If there is anything?

There was this site called car.kiev.info but I believe they’re in a lawsuit with bmw but there’s loads out there 

just type in Bmw vin decoder on google
