I did have the same problem/404 message anyway, you are having a while back though- had to ring them up and get the password reset. Area 51 33 Posted September 27, 2018 Tried clearing the cookies and all that tripe? Reboot the broadband router? Had this a while back and it did cure itself but I tried the above and know not which fixed it or which combination, if any.. Also maybe try through a different browser, if you use IE try Firefox... its got to be a compatibility issue and sh*te update their end that isnt working with current settings you have previously used. Try the wifes phone ?? Shouldnt have to go to such lengths when business customers.. BCA was tripe all last week and they reported they had faults, reloading the page a few times at least let me get my saved stuff off their for the next morning at the block...
