sparky 274 Posted July 11, 2016 Car sold at BCA for £2200 which was way over book as it was 10 years old. Not a car that I was interested in, but was interested to see what it went up for as it was a bit unusual. So, hammer price was £2200 plus indemnity fee only. I think it was grade 2. So, what's it advertised for? The winner get's an all expenses overnight stay at a luxury hotel in Rhyl, and get's to keep the rest of the tenner.

Which, if we are being generous gives a gross margin of £295. If we are being realistic, it's got £200 in it. Unbelievable Jeff.
c_cars 56 Posted July 11, 2016 Or its a private using his mates account to buy himself a 'cheap motor?' Don't particularly like Rhyl anyway...

TDB 31 Posted July 12, 2016 Platinum fees on a £2200 car would be over £200! So I think I deserve to snuggle upto Umesh because my prediction is £2599 leaving him before VAT/adverts/expenses etc roughly £199.....clear profit of less than £99! PS......Do I need a windbreaker and a warm coat?
