  1. Good to know that. Thank you. No wonder hard to get a good result from FB. Please share more about FB advertising skill here. I think many of us interested in this. You know most of us here are mainly realized on AutoTrader ads. So, share more other options is not a bad idea. Thanks.
  2. I used FB for my other businesses before. The problem is that I feel like it just buying followers and likes. There are many followers and likes added every day, but not really see the sales increase. Maybe I am not doing it right, or maybe it just like that.
  3. You should find another accountant if you have doubt in your existing one.
  4. Thanks, Mates. Your comments make a lot of sense to me. Thank you!
  5. I found myself can't have interest in buying manual car. Maybe because I am not good at driving manual even though I can drive it. Will this be a problem as a trader? Is it possible to keep all the stock in Auto only? What is the pro and con if I really want all Auto? Silly question, but I really thinking of it. Just a thought. Thanks.

I am sorry to ask. Please forgive me if I say anything wrong or inappropriate. I read several threads regarding the returns, refunds and horrible Billies in the forum. I feel like most of the cases occur at the cars price rage around 2-3K. Is this the troublemaker price range?
  8. Looks like the punter did something wrong and the car can't start anymore, so the punter does not allow you to start it. This is the only reason I could come up.
  9. Do you have his signed statement or PDI sheet on hand to show that he accepted the faulty existed before the purchase?
  10. That was the 10% deposit of the house. The scammer modified my solicitor logo head letter almost look the same as the real one, same logo, same layout, same fonts, same signature, but deleted the phone number! And the guy sent me that payment request before my solicitor sends me the full report. I asked where is the report? He replies will send to me after payment! So, I thought how can I pay before having any report? I just have to call her, then I found no phone number on that letter!! Then I click into the email sender address found that email address is different than my solicitor's one but displaying the same name as my solicitor if I didn't click to open it! So, I called my solicitor. She said that is a scammer, and so many their customer received the same thing. OMG! I am sure someone will lose money because of that. So, from that on, I call to verify the account every time before I do a transfer no matter how much the amount is.
  11. Should we have a faulty statement or something in writing to have the customer to sign it before handover the car? So that we can have the evidence to protect ourselves.
  12. This is a great idea. How about at BCA Blackbushe? I used to get there every day. Just received an email from BCA said their will close from 21th Dec to 2nd Jan. So we can meet next year. See you guys in 2019 there.
  13. Wow. Sorry for your loss. I almost lost 75K when I purchasing my house. They did the same to me. Luckily I call the solicitor to confirm her account and found out that was a scam. So, the lesson is: PLEASE CALL THE RECEIVER BEFORE TO DO ANY MONEY TRANSFER. Now, you might try to contact the bank and police. Hope you get your money back mate.
  14. No worries. I got it. To be honest I just never take a look at the less than 5K range. So, your example reminds me of something I am missing. Thanks.
  15. Wow. This idea great. I should do it this way. Will keep an eye on this price range. Thanks.
  16. True. I have to spend more time to learn to buy.
  17. Thank you mate. You are a good man.
  18. Thank you. This car meant to be money lose since I bought it at a very high price. In fact, all my cars on hand right now will lose money, just because of the purchase prices are too high. These are some lessons I have to pay.
  19. Thank you L-P. Maybe not price it like that number. The screenshot just a draft, not a finish version. Will decide after a holiday when it's on the market. I think I will adjust it show as a great price label on AT and change it over time until it sold.
  20. Thank you very much, MAP. Yes, the most secure way to do a thing is not to do it. I can totally understand why people telling me not to do it. It just too risky we can see. That is true. So, I understand the people here are the really good man with a good heart. That is true. This garage idea stopped today afternoon as I received so many advise here why should not do so, and the Mr landlord serving me no option as well. However, the car sales idea will continue. Not because I am not listening to people. It just I personally think it's not a bad business. The question for me is how to do it. I am listening, watching, and absorbing how to do it. Slow, clumsy, folly, and yes, risky too. But what business could be fast, smooth, smart, and save? I don't know. One saying I really like from the UK is that: Keep Calm and Carry On. Thank you so much!
