Don't make up a fake address. You'd rather tell the dvla you don't have his address, or tell the true he refused to give you the address. But don't give a fake address to dvla.

Hey mate, you supposed to tell him that £50 reward instead of the ticket! Now, if you know his name. Try to search his name or his phone number online, maybe you can find his address. For example, search his name on company house website, if he has a Ltd or something, you should find it. Or, find a friend to pretend a customer to ring him, and go to his place to see the car, then you will have his address. Good luck.

Why don't you just call the buyer(trader) to get the address or driver license photo tomorrow? Just try to ask for it. I feel that is normal. I've been ask for my address million times, no matter they said just keep for the customer record or just the normal process, or whatever. As a costumer, I never reject one. Other example, two men came to move my cars to the pitch last week. I forgot to ask for their driver license. Then the next day I told them I need them take a photo of their driver license for me to keep in the record. They just sent me over the phone right away without question.

Kind of scare!!! Seriously, I have to double check my paperwork to make sure I have all the documentations and customer info forms on hand. 

So call him/her to ask for the address.

Okay, so this thread remind me the first thing to greet a customer is get all their details, and take a photo on their driver licenses. The solution for now. Maybe you can try to call the customer, said: Mr Billy, I am glad to inform that you are our 10000th customer; we got a reward for you, it's a £50 cash or mobile phone top up voucher. Please send me your photo ID to redeem the reward.  Then, you fill his driver license detail to the fine ticket. You have the address now. Note: I am just semiserious above. Do you guys think this solution works or not?

He sell cars at £400-3000. He said under £1000 cars sell good on Shpock. He doesn't use any computer or smartphone. A part-time young man help him post to Shpock and AT. Since then I learned AT price is dependent on the car value!!! Old boy using AT pay as you go for his under £1K cheap cars. Only paying £9.99 AT ads fee pre car! I paid £100 pre car!!

Problem is the reserve prices seem high this month. I feel like most of the time it's between average to clean. So many cars reserve not met this week. On the other hand, a lot of grade 4 cars sold excess clean price! Very frustrating! Old boy told my wait for next month to see the auction price drop, he said most of main dealers have 90 days low interest rate financing stock from November, so he guesses they probably will try to clearance the inventories on Feb to avoid the interest rate increase after 90 days low rate period. I don't know if this is true or not as he is 75 years old and he uses none computer or smartphone! And he doesn't buy from the auction at all.
