Definitely register it in your name.
With it being in trade it would be very easy to get a logbook for it.
Have you posted anything on social media?
The police might be able to advise of an appropriate page.

Here’s a couple of stories I heard for those of you hoping it’s going to be over in a few weeks.
A lovely lady called Edwina called me a couple of weeks ago. I’ve known her all my life as her and her husband were my parents best friends.
She tells me her grand daughter is returning from travelling and once she has finished self isolating for 14 days she wants to buy her a car and could I help. This was pre “lockdown” so I said no problem give me a call when you are ready.
She called Wednesday, I couldn’t take it so she left a message, saying that after 5 days of self isolation her grand daughter had decided she was okay and was travelling form Norfolk to Wales, I assume by public transport, to see her boyfriend.
I would be grateful for any suggestions on how I can tell someone who I would do anything for that there is no way in hell I want to sell her self entitled little brat, although she is 30, of a grand daughter who is prepared to put her needs above the health of others a car!
Second story. My painter was telling me one of the other guys on the estate said that his step son, who’s at uni up In Newcastle, suspects he may have the bug. So he is driving down to be with his mum, who thinks it is a good idea!
So as long as there are those around who feel the rules don’t apply to them we ain’t going no where.
Having written all this I see on Sky news app.
Government says Lockdown depends on behaviour, but experts say it should last until June

Well done. What do the Government know. Telling us to close.

I bet we all appreciate you and your staff won’t be claiming to be furloughed.
Just as well you didn’t post this on a public forum. Whoops!

Didn’t Honest John recently go into administration?
Says it all.

I updated my camera system 3 weeks ago because I knew we were going to have to shut
My system came from a Chinese British supplier and the system from ebay is really cheap, less than £200 once you add a quality hard drive
This is for 8 hardwired cameras,no rubbish wire free ones that are useless in the rain
I bought a floureon system and it took 10 minutes to connect it to the free cloud so no further charges
I have an old phone at the side of me at home and currently am looking both at the outside of my premises and internally, the night vision on these bullet cameras is absolutely superb
I have also bought some smart live plug in wifi plugs connected to some 20 watt smd outside lights, I also bought these 2 weeks ago,I go on the app on my phone and can turn them on and off, they cost£5 each
Additionally I have an outside microphone on an ebay extension lead that is placed near to my business entrance so it picks up all sounds these microphones are £3 on ebay and the lead about £6 the power supply is an old modem one12 volt
So for £210 I've just watched 2 lads with bikes circle my property and disappear
All these articles were bought from ebay and came within 3days
Hth
Might be helpful to post a link.

By extending their right to reject you may be actually denying them their Statutory Rights.
The Right to Reject means the customer has to prove the fault was present at the time of sale. Whereas after 30 days it is presumed to be present unless the seller can prove otherwise.
So by extending it, to say 60 days, the customer will therefore have to prove it was there for the extra 30 days instead of making the supplier prove it wasn’t.
Whether a fault develops after a week or 7 if it wasn’t there at point of sale then it makes no difference.
The only other real difference after the 30 days is the right to repair.

Thanks for the advice guys.
Ended up getting some MG chemicals 8331 epoxy.
Not cheap at £60 but cheaper than a screen.
Ordered from Farrell 3pm yesterday. Delivered by 11am today.

Anybody got a soulution.
Tabs broken on a Kia Sportage heated rear window.
Just wondering how to reattach them.
Looking for some kind of conductive glue possibly.

Autoglym Radiant polish.
What I like about it is you can put the polish on and, as long as the car isn’t in direct sunlight, leave it for ages and it’s easily removed.
