Cars shouldn’t be on the forecourt and ready for sale if they are not road worthy. Mot should be done before it’s up for sale.

We PDI/service It, then valet it, then mot it. Not point doing an mot after in case they want to take it away on the spot. 80% of Our customers want to take the car there and then. doing an mot once it’s sold and it fails, then you could be in trouble

Dragon does everything as far as I’m aware but we do not use that side of it. the only disappoint thing with dragon is it wipes all the standard spec off of auto trader which is a complete pain in the arse!

I’ve been playing around with it.... it already seems difficult to use.... it looks nice but that’s about it. I’ll stick with dragon 2000 for now

Need a pressure test doing and you want to hope it’s not head gasket. Bang some steel seal if you even have the slightest inclination it’s head gasket.

Well the customer turned up today. Drove 15 miles to drop off the locking wheel nut and bought an 18 month extended warranty on the Q7 he bought from us.... his such a lovely customer I don’t even feel he knew it had a problem, or it even had a problem when I turned up. when I test drove it, it was fine..... just pure bad luck on this one I think. He just seemed far too innocent and nice.

Well fork 1 and fork 4 permanent fault. Hoping it can somehow be reset and just needs fluid. I’ll throw it into the block I guess if I can get it going.
