Well, if you have a spread of stock which includes 100k cars you certainly don't need my advice or that of most people on here. You should be giving us advice

Sounds pretty much like you are referring to a Citroen C5, with electrics not working and being a pedal only affair.

The mantra from the Schoolboys and Schoolgirls at autotrader is that your pricing target should be “good price” as their research apparently tells them that is the optimum price band to get the maximum viewers. Priced Low apparently make the punters suspicious and may miss searches centering round the optimum price point for that car....or some such jargon which took so long to explain I wasn’t actually listening. What I deduced is that their analytics may be good for volume shifters, but means shit to me and I know far better about pricing MY cars than they do and I proved it to them. Price your own cars to suit your own market.

Rookie mistake. Unacceptable on my part. I'll know for the next viewing, which as it stands, has cancelled. Another bloke on the C Class loved the car and the price, real nice guy but "Will let you know within the hour". I can't take much more of this.

I must be the only person who likes BMW timing chains. I don't retail BMW for this reason, but last year I took in a 2008 120d M Sport with a broken chain. Allowed £700 for it. Put it on ebay, bidding war erupted and it sold for over £2200. Sold as spares or repairs. Was a nice day that day!

Just read up as it interested me and they were indeed available in the 70's. The first one was 1965, upgraded in the 1970 and became more widely available in the 80's. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/connecting-britain/first-car-phone-uk/
